How does it work?

Kick-off

MonoGraph research gets under the skin of your target audience to uncover what you need to know.  To do that, we have to get under your skin too, to understand your objectives and priorities. So our kick-off process is detailed and probing, to make sure we both know what’s required.


Research device

Whatever the research process; telephone, online, face-to-face, focus groups, it’s crucial that your research objectives translate perfectly to our questionnaire or discussion guide.  So we will stay in the design loop with you until we are both satisfied.  Only then will we go to the next stage.


Pilot

Because it’s not wise to second-guess the target community, we’ll pilot with a few and show you the results before going to the entire audience.  If we need to make changes, we’ll do so at no cost to you.


Interims

We’ll provide project feedback whenever you need it and a table and chart style interim report for quantitative studies at the mid-point.  This will give you a good steer on which direction the outcomes are pointing, so that your activity doesn’t start “cold” when the full and final results are delivered.


Reporting

We tailor the reporting process to suit your need and budget.  Just tables and charts?  That’s fine - even our base delivery comes with a meeting to make sure we convey what the research has uncovered.
